Dr. Bland Campbell, III began his ministry at Hull's Memorial Baptist Church in October 2008. Bland possess the desire to reach individuals and families with the gospel message. He hopes to accomplish this desire through partnering with the local congregation to reach out to those who do not have a personal relationship with Christ as well as equipping believers to live out their faith as servant leaders. Bland believes that this outreach and in-reach strengthens the body of Christ though providing relevant, meaningful worship experiences, quality Christian education, and a strong ministry of prayer.

Bland is a native of Indianola, Mississippi, the same hometown as blues legend B.B. King. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Mississippi College, a Master of Arts in Christian Education from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry from the Baptist Theological Seminary at Richmond. He and his wife Teri have been married for 14 years and have one son, Tucker.
